Toby manages the woodland at Ash Farm with his team of Comtois horses. Spend a day with him learning about this historic and sympathetic way of looking after the land and woodland.

Louise is an experienced chef who specialises in cooking over an open flame. She will create a menu for you and your guests using local seasonal produce that you will talk about for years.

Trained as a bench saddler, Eden creates beautiful leather goods in her farm workshop. Spend the afternoon with her as she guides you in making your own leather piece.

Adams herd of Red Deer are at the heart of Ash Farm. Travel around the farm in our ancient Landrover and let Adam teach you about organic farming.

Ali and Bella create beautiful seasonal flowers using the abundant blooms in the cutting garden and farm hedgerow. Join them in making flower crowns or seasonal hoops....its like therapy with flowers!

We are firm believers in the power of steam! Spend an hour or two in our beautiful sauna. You can add a massage or heavenly beauty treatments to the offering.
